Let me start by saying this...IT SNOWED TODAY! Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! Boy I love snow! Secondly I also love Thanksgiving. It is a great day to spend with your family. I don't know about you but I eat until I can barely walk, then I crash on the nearest sofa and watch whatever is on tv. Today it was Dirty Jobs. I love that show to. Mike Rowe is hilarious. What was I talking about again? Oh right.
Dad and I spent the morning in the living room watching Stealth and Music & Lyrics. It was really fun. Near the very end of Stealth Josh woke up, sat behind me on the couch and played with my hair. I love it when he does that ;) When Mom and Hannah finally woke up and we got every one dressed we headed to Kawkalin to Uncle Pete's house.
The food was delicious. No offense to whoever did the turkey, but I still think Dad makes a better one. What can I say, I'm a turkey critic. After dinner Uncle Jeff chased my two younger cousins , Sydney and Conner, around with the turkey carcas because they were afraid to touch it. That was funny. He was going to freak me out with it but I had already been poking it. I am not scared by turkey,or deer, or any other animal carcas. I am the one who enjoys watching them be cut up after all. Ya, I'm a freak.
Okay. I think thats enough for now. I need to go work of that 'el pastel de calabaza' I ate earlier. Love you and hope you had a great Thanksgiving.
Spork On, Haley
P.S. 'el pastel de calabaza' means pumpkin pie. I love taking spanish.
