The Solarcane Sequence

Hi I'm Haley and my best friend is called Solarcane! Seriously, though, I have a nasty sunburn from mowing the lawn today. I was stupid enough to wear a tank top and now my neck and back are the color of lobster. Ya, it hurts. I suppose it was only a matter of time though. I haven't had a sunburn in two years. *sigh*

I finally let somebody read the story I wrote for nanowrimo. Yup. I gave it to Jake, persistent little bugger. I first started the story in seventh grade. Ya, It's been that long. Scary huh? Once he finishes reading me and tells me what he thinks, hopefully by the end of the week, I'll start letting other people read it. If you want to read it just drop me a line (including your email address) and I'll send it to ya.

I turn sixteen in a week. Eep! I'm gonna be old! Hahahahaha. Just kidding. Mum's side of the family gave me a party yesterday. It was okay. The money I got will go in the bank so I can save it for college. Jeez. I shouldn't be worrying about college funds right now. I should be spending that money frivolously(sp?).

Ah well. You do what you have to I guess. Besides. I can spend my money any way I want to when I finish my schooling and become *drum roll* Dr. (of Archeology) Prager! Huzzah! Course, by the time I actually get there I might be married...with kids. Yay! I love kids!
